A short Ceremony was held at the Hatfield Cemetery to honour Corporal Harper V.C ,killed in Merksplas ,Belgium and others who gave their lives in the two World Wars.

"Spike" Window - Mbe,Rvm,the Parade Marshall with members of the Local Branch of the British Legion and Reps of the Belgium Visiting Twinning team paid their respects and wreaths were laid by "Spike" and the Mayor of Merksplas,Belgium in their honour.
