In the last Griff I had a small note put in about ex USAF members visiting the UK, particulary the Warrington area for those who were stationed at RAF Burtonwood. Amongst the group are a couple of ex Air Police. One of them has brought some photos over of RAF Police who they worked with at Burtonwood. He said that they worked on town patrols with the RAFP in Warrington, Manchester and Liverpool during the 1950's. He has kindly allowed us to copy the photos. If anyone recognises anyone then please let me know. The titles on the photos are self explanatory. The photos of possible off duty RAFP, they are all corporals, in one photo one is wearing a white belt and you can just make out his whistle chain from his top pocket.
