130 persons attended the AGM -  Members, Associate Members and Members Guests.That leaves over 1,000 members who did not for various reasons attend.  They will therefore not been aware of the Special Award that was made to Neil Rusling for Dedicated and Outstanding service to the Royal Air Force Police Association.  The award was discussed with Bernard Lamb (former Chairman), John Walton, Chairman (former Vice Chairman),  David Wardell, Secretary and Brian Whitaker, Treasure. They agreed that it would not be appropriate for Neil to be nominated for the Alan Rusling Award as that award is made in memory to his father and nominations are forwarded to Neil.  Therefore a Special Award was agreed upon and a engraved Crystal Rose Bowl was presented to Neil at the AGM.
