Above is the Luqa Police section, about 1958, on the occasion of a visit by the Provost Marshal. The dog in the front row to the right is, as far as I can remember, "Ash". I  can't remember the names of the men, except for the front row, second from the left is Sgt Malcolm Harding, next is the Station Adj, who is also Officer i/c Police,next is the P.M. followed by the Malta APM, a Sqd/Ldr, whose name I have forgotten, he is not a coloured gentleman, but had an exceedingly red face, which has done him no justice in the picture, I am next to him.  I recognise LAC Smith from Plymouth, top row, second from right, and Andy Manning from Norwich, third from left in middle row.
