The Lady in the wheelchair is Juliana De Candia aka Candy now in her mid 80's She was a Cpl Kennelmaid late 50's through to 70's and very highly thought of by the Doghandlers as she helped many a DH out when he was in trouble with his dog.The other Lady is Bobbi Stenning nee Elder also a former Kennekmaid from the 60's.

Candy was a Batswoman at Biggin Hill during WW11 before she moved over to the Police School. The Policewoman who pushed Candy around the parade is Cpl Jo Board.
