I’ve managed to get a little more information regarding the unveiling of the Keith Park statue on 15 Sep 10. 

The event will take place at Waterloo Place , which incidentally is just off the Mall as opposed to anywhere near Waterloo Station as I’d initially thought!  The ceremony itself will start at 1500hrs with some readings and dedication before the actually unveiling and will include a fly past by at least one aircraft from BBMF.  Several VIPs will be in attendance but I don’t know what arrangements there will be for viewing by the general public.

My main reason for mentioning it is in case any members might wish to be present in a ‘private’ capacity as opposed to a formal RAFPA attendance.  I will though try and make some enquiries to see if there are any arrangements for the ex-RAF Associations.
