I have just been looking through the RAF Police Website as my late father
(Cpl Matt Ford was a QPD ) an friend of Stu McArdle and came
across your photo section.

The Policeman in this photo was a good friend of both my parents  as he
often stayed with us. His name is Clive Meats and the Horse is called
Hercules, who sadly died whilst still in service with the RAF police at
Akrotiri. I last saw Clive in the early 80's when he was serving as PC
with South Wales police in  Cardiff.
