John Williams H. D & IOW Branch sent these in. RMP's Association held Convention in Ontario. Among all the redcaps were 3 white berets, John Williams,  John Black( Vancouver) and Chris Bradley (Oregon). This is an annual event, next one is Sept 2008 at Gettysburg, Pennsylvania.
