The pics show  Pete Davies, Keith Knapp and Dave Hannam and were taken during a recent bike trip of Germany, 20+ years after our tour at Bruggen!

 We stopped off at the main gate on the way to Cochem and after speaking to the current residents (17 Royal Signals) they allowed us unescorted bike ride around the camp stopping off at the QRA, SSA and the most important, the Portcullis club.

 Riding onto the QRA & SSA was bizarre especially when you consider the 814 security of years gone by and it was criminal to see the Police club all derelict and boarded! ….We even managed to find an original QRA box and couldn’t resist sitting in it for old times sake (2 hours on and an hour off with no reading or sleeping of course!!!)
