The 2009 RAFPA Annual General Meeting will be held at 15.00hrs in The Victoria Hotel, Belgrave Road, Torquay, Devon. TQ2 5HS, on Saturday 25^th April 2009.

Nominations for Office and items for inclusion in the AGM Agenda should reach me no later than 31^st December 2008.

REUNION 2009

As usual, a weekend package has been negotiated for those wishing to stay at the hotel, it being:

Two nights stay (Friday & Saturday): £100.00 per person (D,B&B).

Extra nights may be booked at £40 per person (D,B&B)

Saturday night only: (D,B&B) £50 per person.

Saturday night Dinner only (no accommodation) £20 per person.

For other additional nights, either before or after the Reunion Weekend, please make personal arrangements direct with The Victoria Hotel.   All prices include VAT at the current rate.

Bookings should be made direct with The Victoria Hotel quoting Ref 825 (RAFPA Weekend)  Telephone 01803 400600 ask for Natalie Evans, Group Coordinator, who is available Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm.

An initial deposit of £20.00 per person is required when booking plus the optional insurance of £7.00 per person.

If you propose to attend the A.G.M only, no food, bed or whatever, please advise Derek Wills in order that appropriate conference facilities can be made.
