AGM / Reunion Weekend 2008
The
2008 RAFPA Annual General Meeting will be held at The Falcon Hotel,
Chapel
Street, Stratford upon Avon, CV37 6HA, on Saturday 19th April, 2008,
at
15.00 hrs.
Nominations for Office and items for inclusion in the AGM
Agenda should
reach me no later than 31st December 2007. Please note that the Association Treasurer has indicated that he will not
be seeking re-election.
As usual, a
weekend package has been negotiated for those wishing to stay at
the hotel,
it being:
Two nights stay (Friday & Saturday): £140.00 per
person (D,B&B).
Three nights stay (Friday, Saturday & Sunday):
£175 per person (D,B&B).
Saturday night only: £85.00 per person,
(D.B & B).
Saturday night Dinner Only (no accommodation):
£20.00 per person.
For other additional nights, either before or after
the Reunion Weekend,
please make personal arrangements direct with the
Falcon Hotel. All Prices
include VAT at the current rate.
Saturday
night "Reunion Dinner" will be in a separate room, (Menu to be
advised in
due course), at 19.30 hrs.

Hotel quoting Ref. 1191
(RAFPA Weekend).

you are going to attend the A.G.M. only (no food, bed or whatever),
